Postage and Handling

We want you to be happy.  We will manually check each postage charge with your order and whenever we can, we will try to save you money.  The majority of orders will fit in a three kilogram bag and we'll be able to send it to you for $7.95.  However, items which are bulky, heavy, or expensive and need to be insured, will be more expensive.  Remote addresses may also incur a further expense.  Postage is calculated at checkout.  If you have any questions, please contact us.  

Payment

Personal cheques require 7 business days for clearance. It's not us, it's the banks. 

Payment is required within 24 hours if direct deposit is selected.

Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment except for cheques (which will require 7 business days for clearance).

Shipping Policy

Australia

Your item will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

Tracking where available will be emailed as soon as it is printed.

 International

Insurance is optional with shipping charges.

Delivery may take from 10 to 20 days after item is processed.

International customers are also responsible for all taxes and duties (if applicable) when item arrives in your country.

Returns

All items are scrupulously checked for damage before leaving our shop.

Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping and handling fees are only refundable at our discretion.

Refunds will be made for damages via the same method as payment was received.
