This white, lined, fine cotton voile gown is a showcase of Heirloom Sewing.  Recreating all the french sewing techniques of the style popularised a century ago, this dress features a delicate hand-smocked bodice embroidered in white satin thread with pearl beads, and incorporates panels of lace insertions and pintucking at the hem and down the sleeve.  The additional touch of a satin bound neck and satin ribbon bows on the wrist of the full length lace- edged sleeve completes the picture of the aristocratic baby.

Care Instructions
All of our garments are made of natural fibers. They may be dry-cleaned or hand washed to protect the fine laces and detailing and hung to dry. Gently iron as necessary.  Silk items may be hand washed but silk typically will soften and lose it's sheen when washed. If you want your silk to stay crisp we recommend dry cleaning silk fabrics.
